I called the distillery for ingredient information…this is what they told me:
Rum
Cream
Maple syrup
Caramel color
Stabilizer ( no info on from what this is derived)
The maple syrup is from Ackermann farms vermont. I was in touch with them - they use canola oil rather than lard as a defoamer and they assured me that there production process is vegan.
Is this enough info to determine whether this product is kosher?
