Hi Rabbi, why would this be considered not Kosher. Package states does not contain animal renet. Hechsher tablet K is a problem?
Knowing that a cheese is not made from animal rennet is not sufficient for the cheese to be kosher.
Adding the rennet must be done by a Jew.
Tablet K has an opinion about cheeses that we do not agree with and therefore do not rely on them for cheese.
