Can a pregnant woman go to a nail salon for a manicure where it is likely she will step on finger nails?

just to clarify, is it ok if she is getting a manicure or pedicure? not just entering the salon.

The specific question asked here was about a nail salon and to that we responded that a pregnant woman who wants to get a manicure or pedicure may enter a nail salon. A nails on the floor at a nail salon have a different Halachah when someone is entering there for the purpose of cutting their nails.
