May one attend a company end of year party?
Does make a difference if there are going to be other religious orthodox Jews there as well?
Does it make a difference if the person is in a management position and expected to attend?
A typical company party is not much of a party and rather more of a burden if anything, and it is often important for your job to attend. Those parties are not an issue, they’re just another part of the job.
There are certainly parties that observant Jews should not be at. Please use objective discernment.
