Deep Fryer

I use a deep fryer and usually put the temperature above 350 degrees. I don’t do it often, but once in a while I like to fry some chicken wings. Most of the time I fry just fish and fries. However, recently I thought of fried fish and mac’n’cheese. My wife objected, telling me, that because I fried a chicken a few weeks ago, my oil is fleischig now. Can heated oil be fleischig, pareve, and michilg now?

If I understand correctly, no dairy ever made it into the fryer.
The fryer and oil are fleishig.
