Is it ok to use dried eggplant for Passover (found in most Syrian grocery stores )? There’s no packing or ingredients listed. They come rub erbanded in a plastic bag.
If they’re observant Jews, ask them if they put flour on it.
In the past we couldn’t. Aren’t they from Mexico and we didn’t know how they dried them?
I wouldn’t know. Ask the people at the store, maybe.
