If the plastic frother shown in the picture is used for milk, is there any way to Kasher it for use with pareve “milk” (ie. soy, almond etc)?

Just to clarify- Even if the entire frother component (the black plastic piece) is submerged in hot milk? Obviously I would then submerge it in hot water in between. Thank you!

I have a related question - can a plastic frother attachment such as the one above be kahsered for Pesach? And could the machine be used for espresso without the frother for the holiday?
IIf it is 100% plastic, it does not require kashering. Just clean it well.
Please don’t forget that we are only discussing a possible kashering if it is used for hametz. I have not ever seen hametz espresso. I’m not even sure what that might look like.
