Flash Pasteurization: Is it considered Mevushal or not?

In another question on this forum, it was stated that when grape juice is mevushal (cooked) it cannot become Yayim Nesach and is permissable to consume.

A company that produces a juice product containing grape juice concentrate has all its juices undergo flash pasteurization (rapid heating to high temperatures of between 180 and 200F for about 15 to 30 seconds followed by rapid cooling to about 39.2 - 42°F)

My question is, does this render the grape juice mevushal?

Are products containing such grape juice concentrate ok to drink?

Thanks for your help.

Matt

Yes

if this grape juice is mevushal, can a nonjew pour the juice if it’s for kiddush in a synagogue?

Yes, but why is a non-jew pouring kiddush in a Synagogue.
