Is this kosher for pesach? I know it has alcohol, but it says that it is ethyl alcohol (which is corn based) and it also says gluten free.
While Ethyl alcohol is mainly sourced from corn, it can be sourced from wheat as well and therefore may pose an issue.
Since it says gluten free, can we trust that it is sourced from corn and not wheat? Or is that not good enough.
It can be gluten free and still be sourced from Wheat. Gluten free doesn’t mean there isn’t any chametz, it just means the gluten has been removed.
