Can one assume that anything marked gluten free is K for P, at least at the kitniyot level if corn etc. is used? Thanks in advance.
No. Some things are gluten free but still an issue of chametz on pesach.
I actually forgot to add “other than with oats,” is that the main issue? What would be an example of a gluten and oat free product that would be chametz or chasash chametz?
Distilled vinegar for example can be made from wheat. Ethyl alcohol too. There are a bunch for examples but my mind is blank this second.
