  1. Can I grill fish and meat at the same time on an open grill if they are not touching each other?
  2. If the answer to 1 is no; can I grill them separately without cleaning the grill in the middle?
  3. If answer to 2 is no; is it sufficient to just clean the grill normally in between cooking fish and meat?

You can grill fish and meat on an open grill at the same time if they’re not touching each other.

If you wanted to use the same spot, one after the other, you’d have to do a basic cleaning and let the fire burn out any residue for a couple of minutes.
