Also, the following is the same brand as #1 on the original post, but it doesn’t have the dates and raisins. I don’t know #1 is Kosher or not, but if not, would this be different:

Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce by Yellowbird: Water, Organic Tomato Paste, Organic Carrots, Onions, Organic Distilled Vinegar, Garlic, Organic Cane Sugar, Tangerine Juice Concentrate, Ghost Pepper, Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate.

Not sure about original post but this Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce by Yellowbird is ok
