I’ve heard that Boswellia (a/k/a frankincense a/k/a לבונה) is a powerful supplement to help treat the symptoms and severity of Covid19 and would like to begin taking it. My understanding is that it is best in it’s natural form as opposed to taken as a capsule. Is this kosher?
