Is it permissible to write GOD spelled out properly or must I add a dash like G-D:

  1. On paper with a pen or pencil?
  2. On a digital screen such as a phone or computer?

Actually it appears that you only had a question if it’s permissible to write it on paper as you in fact you spelled out God in your post a number of times. It is permissible. God bless you. The reason is because it is not one of God’s actual names nor is it a “Kinnuy” as it is not an exact translation of any of Hashem’s actual names.
