Kashrut and birkat hamazon

good morning rabbi, 2 questions:

  1. several years ago i had a copy of the Rav’s shortened birkat hamazon but i have misplaced it, how do i get a new copy?

  2. barilla ready pasta ing: h2o, pasta (semolona wheat), durum wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt. made on equipment that processes products containing eggs.

Its an app that can be downloaded to Android phones. Sorry, we dont have an iOS app at this time. I will try finding a PDF version so that you can save.

It seems that the pdf version of the Birkat Hamazon Hakatzar if not available with this link. Where can we order several copies (with the appropriate compensation to Ohel Torah) for a simcha? Either in card form or three-fold including the Ohr Yitzhak explanation in Siman Nun"Tet?
