Kitchen Mistake- Meat Utensils in Dairy Pot

My wife made an error in the kitchen this evening. She used a dairy stainless steel pot to boil potatoes that were cut with parve knives. Afterwards, she somehow forgot it was a dairy pot and used meat utensils in it. Specifically, a meat stainless steel fork was used to stir the potatoes while boiling, a stainless steel strainer from our meat set was used to stain the water in the sink, and then a stainless steel potato masher (with plastic handle) was used to mash them. All the utensils, except the fork, were washed by hand and put away before the error was realized.

What is the status on the pot, fork, strainer, and masher? Is there a need to kasher them?

In order to determine the status of the pot, fork, strainer, and masher, I need to ask an important detail:

Do you know if any of these utensils were used with hot food within the past 24 hours before this incident happened? For example, was the dairy pot used to cook dairy within the last day? Same for the meat fork, strainer, and masher, were they used with hot meat in the last 24 hours?

No, the pot was used to cook parve pasta in the 24 hours prior but no actual dairy. The rest were not used in the 24 hours prior.

All good. No need to kasher.
