What does Rav Abadi say about sifrei Torah, tefillin and mezuzot written on gevil or klaf that has been processed with afatzim? I am referring to the klaf meupatz that a couple people produce in Israel today. Does the Rav see any advantage to changing one’s tefillin and mezuzot to this special klaf today?
