If כל היוצא מהטמא טמא then how come we are not חושש that the cow we are milking is a treifa,and if so all milk should be a safek isur from the Torah ?
How come everyone drinks milk ?

Not off the top of my head, but if you look up the Sugya in the beit Yosef and work your way backwards you will find it all.
