Non kosher Mugs in Kosher Home

My mom has been staying with us and brought a ceramic coffee mug, mason jar, and glass mug from her home. She does not keep a Kosher home. She has been using her own coffee mug for coffee and tea. She also used her glass mug to eat some chicken soup. I did ask her why she brought her own items and she said that she needed something that was hers from home, which I get. However, is it a problem that she may have used her things for non-Kosher coffee and food and is now using it in our Kosher kitchen? What would be the best way to approach this situation?

There’s no problem. These three items that you listed don’t absorb flavor and therefore they won’t be a problem if she wants to use them in your house.
