I have pots from last passover that I cannot remember if I made them meat, dairy, or used them at all. I am also not clear on what the material category is to to libun or hagalah. If you can please advise what to do.
Anything used on the fire - not in liquid requires Libun (e.g. pan). Anything normally used with liquid (e.g. pot) needs Hag’alah. To avoid complications, do it before the final time to destroy the Chametz. (probably before noon depending on where you are).
