Do silicone baking mats need koshering for Pesach?

Im not sure how you have used it during the year, but in my experience, it’s really hard to clean well as bread particles usually get stuck on it. If you think you can clean it really well, maybe use some strong soap to wipe it down, then it shouldn’t be a problem. But I would advise getting a new one for Pesach

We use for French Macarons. Usually clean up well, no crumbs.
One of the features on these mats is that things do not stick to them.
