This coffee just came on the local market (Chicago suburbs, far north). The ingredients are:
Organic coffee blend
MCT Oil Powder
Hydrolyzed Collagen Bovine
Gum Arabic
Tapioca
Dextrin

Is this kosher considering the bovine collagen in it? Thank you.

The question is if it has a taste. A quick google search reveals that some people claim it has a “beefy” taste. I’m not sure if their dreaming or not, but in the meantime stay away.
