Starter Dough from a supermarket

The local supermarket bakes it’s own sourdough bread. You can buy their starter from them which is made out of a few different types of all grain flours and water. Is it okay to buy this starter dough and use at home?

Do you have the ingredients of it?

The baker said it’s a combination of rye flour, all purpose unbleached flour and water.

If that’s all that’s in it, it’s fine.
