Did Rav Abadi say the berachah שחלק מחכמתו ליראיו when he saw the Chazon Ish, Rav Aharon Kotler z"l and other Gedolim?

if im not mistaken i recall the rabbi quoting reb aron that we dont have such chachamim nowadays
I read that Rav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv, Rav Shlomo Zalman Auerbach and Rav Ovadia Yosef said the berachah of שחלק מחכמתו ליראיו upon seeing Rav Moshe Feinstein.
Rav Abadi told me that one time Rav Aharon was away from the yeshiva for an extended period of time and the talmidim asked Rav Moshe if they could make the bracha when he returns. Rav Moshe told them yes. I asked if Rav Aharon answer amen. Rav Abadi told me they weren’t chutzpadik enough to say it loud enough for him to hear.
