Any issue with yeast?

Moadim L’simcha!

Yes, yeast is a problem but when the product is gluten free then plain yeast in the ingredients is not a problem.

If you please, could you further elaborate?

Yeast can be wheat derivative, but if the product says gluten free, it’s obviously not a wheat derivative
