Hi. Just discovered after hours of cleaning that some wipes I used for some areas/items that I thought were pure isopropyl alcohol were actually ethyl alcohol and water. I used them to clean many surfaces and even some inside the fridge and the outside of some bottles/packages that were in fridge. Do I need to go back over every thing that contacted ethyl alcohol with something like dish soap or windex?

Ethyl alcohol by itself isn’t edible. It’s often included in other ingredients such as vanilla extract. In that case we try to find out the source of the alcohol.
