Are all breads equal?
All breads are equal. Bread is bread. Pita is bread and requires washing hands for Hamotzie and Birkat Hamazon afterwards.
Some Tortillas may be different. There are many different recipes or variations of the tortilla and the bracha would depend on the specific type you want to eat.
