Year round roaster

Hello again- hope you are enjoying the hag. Question: while preparing for the end of the holiday, I ran out of cooking roasters. Before the hag I had put away a year round roaster that I mistakenly thought I would not need. it has only been used three times since I purchased it…One time for a breast of veal stuffed with meat and rice, with mushrooms. The other two times for artichokes with meatballs made of meat and rice in a lemon sauce. No hametz ingredient was ever used in this roaster, however it was used in an oven that was not yet koshered fir Passover. The roasters were covered at all times while cooking. May I take out this Roaster to use now on the holiday or do I need to go and buy a new one? Thank you fir your advice… Adelaide

You may use it as long as you didnt sell it. Otherwise, you would be using someone else’s roaster

But aren’t you only selling hametz? And since there is no hametz in this roaster it was never sold and should be ok to use.

Hopefully that’s what your sales contract says, but no way to know without knowing. If you only sold chametz then you’re ok
