Not kosher. Grape juice is a problem.
In the past, i remember drinking drinks with grapejuice in the ingredients in the Rav’s house and he told me personally that it was ok based on bitul b shesh as a concentrate. Did something change? This was about ten years ago.
Bitul bshesh is only in liquids.
Without the grape Juice are the other ingredients kosher? (Because they sell the flavors individually as well )
