Hi! I have the opportunity to buy duck eggs from a farm, and I can see the ducks and verify the eggs come from them. Is there any problem kosher wise? Is it ok to buy them? And if yes, Just check for blood like normal?

Duck eggs are great. Do Ashkenazim need to worry about mesorah on ducks? I remember being told that only certain ducks have a mesorah. I admit that I am quite ignorant on the idea of mesorah for birds, but I was told that Ashkenazim tend to be stricter in this area.
