Are there any ovens that have a Shabbath mode that there is a way to adjust the temperature on Yom tov? That is has a dial? Someone told me that their oven can do that.

If your oven has a dial it would be simple
You would just move the dial to the degree you want to cook with. Most people leave the flame on on low or have a pilot.
