You need to do bedikas chametz the night before you leave. If it’s bedikas chametz night (this year Thursday night March 29) you make a bracha, before that you check without a bracha.
Either way you say Kol Chamira… (nullify all chametz) post bedikas chametz and again erev pesach.

No need to do bedikat chametz in the hotel. But make sure to get rid of all chametz erev pesach!
