If one arises in the middle of the night, says Birkot HaTorah in order to learn, and then goes back to sleep while it is yet night, does he say Birkot HaTorah again upon arising for the day?
Yes. If one sleeps at night b’kviut (not just a nap) he must say birkat hatorah when he gets up.
