Bishul Akum for Products

Hello!

I notice that the rabbanim on this forum are not concerned about bishul akum for packaged products. Why is this the case? I’m assuming the Rav has a Teshuva about that or has taught his sons/grandsons as to why. Can you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

This would require a lengthy answer, but as general overview, the Rav holds, that just as there is a leniency regarding bread when it is made by a faceless company, so to any product made by such an entity does not fall under the decree of bishul akum

If a gentile cooks salmon would it be bishul akum being that today many people eat it raw in sushi

Salmon is still an issue of bishul akum despite some people sometimes eating it raw nowadays.
