Hi,

Is this good for Passover?

Ingredients: white distilled vinegar, diluted with water to 5% acidity

In the past we have not been able to find out the source of the grain used for the vinegar.

UPDATE 2025: I contacted the manufacturer and they confirmed it is derived from corn not wheat.
