said that their Bowl & Basket Sharp Cheddar Cheese is made with Microbial rennet (I.e., enzymes).Other ingredients: CULTURED PASTEURIZED MILK, SALT, ENZYMES, ANNATTO (VEGETABLE COLOR).Thank you.
Without a hechsher it is not kosher.
