Should you say Hamotsi on a bread that is cooked in a pan as oppose to the oven?

Please be more descriptive. Please explain the specifics

I take dough and instead of baking it in an oven, I make a tin layer from the dough and put it in a pan on the stove top until it cooks. It looks like bread and tastes like bread. I would like to know that, is it considered bread and therefor you should say Hamotsi on it?

Please send a picture. If its not deep dried with oil or boiled in water it is probably Hamotzi since you eat it as bread and not like cake. You eat this to get full and would not eat it as a desert.
