What brocha should be recited on Franks in Blanks (short pieces of frankfurter encased in a ‘blanket’ of breadlike dough)?

Mezonot if the blanket is made from wheat.

And if enough Franks in Blanks are eaten for satiety, do I make a Motzei and wash as for bread?

Would the same halachot apply to pizza bites (small 1 inch by 2 inch pieces of dough with pizza sauce inside of them)?

I’m not sure how these are made. If they are baked then, yes, it would be the same. If these are only fried, they would always be mezonot.
