Are you assuming that the filtered water in the ingredients does not dilute the fruit juices to below their natural juice level?
If the filtered water is more than the amount needed to bring the concentrate of juices to their natural juice level, then the bracha would be shehakol, Am I correct in saying that?
Yes that is the assumption.
It is my understanding that if the reconstituted water is more than the original, the Bracha would then be Shehakol. Except grape juice. That’s a separate discussion.
