Can Enameled Cast Iron Be Kashered?

Hi,
I have an enameled cast iron pot that I would like to kasher from meat to pareve or dairy. Can this be done?
Is there an issue with kashering cast iron in general?

You can kasher cast iron pots the same way as regular pots.
