Can onions become meat or dairy?


Can an onion become meat or dairy, depending on whether a meat or dairy knife was used to cut it? Meaning that I can only now use the onion for meat or dairy cooking. And if so, does this also apply to garlic or hot peppers?


That concept does not apply to our onions.
