Does the information need to be requested again?

That’s the classic canned response we get when they don’t want to say. Sometimes we get honest answers, sometimes we don’t. Depends how you ask, who you get, etc.
What happens if the company says it is sourced from corn, but it is actually from wheat? If they convey the wrong info, what should we do? Thank you in advance.
That hasn’t happened yet. We’ll cross that bridge when we get there.
