Close on a Home Refinance During the Nine Days?

Kavod Ha-Rav,

We are refinancing our home. We can schedule the refinance sooner but it would be during the Nine Days. We are concerned about definite financial loss if we do not do this as soon as possible.

Is it permissible to close on a home refinance during the Nine Days?
