Thank you for all that you do and this website. Very informative . I have new smoker that I bought It has two grates at different heights. . I wanted to know if I can use one grate for parve and one for meat. ( the parve might be eaten with milk”) They will be used one at a time . Would this be alright or would it be meat?
The way I understand a smoker is the food is on the rack and would leak onto brow rack.
