Cow Free - is it pareve?

Made from milk protien, and has milk allergens

Great question. I’m not familiar with the process used here.

If it’s not too much trouble can you provide some kind of source to what they’re doing?

I read what you sent and did a little additional reading.

I’m not going to give a definitive ruling at this point without consulting with the other Rabbis on this and ensuring a complete understanding of this new tech, but it would seem to line up with similar cases and it would be considered Pareve - with the caveat that there is a Mar’it Ayin issue.

Meaning, it can’t be consumed together with meat unless it is evident to others present that this is non dairy. The classic example mentioned in the Shulchan Aruch is drinking almond milk with meat. It’s forbidden unless there are almonds on the table. Then it’s ok because people will realize it’s non dairy.

Same here. If the bottle is on the table and it clearly states non dairy - that should accomplish the same thing. Regarding drinking it after meat, that would be fine.

Ty!

Is it kfp for all?
