I’ll be going on a cruise in the Mediterranean Sea in the summer and I have a number of questions (I’ll post one at a time). I have requested Kosher food through the agent of the cruise company.
My trip will involve a stay over Shabbat. May the pre-packaged prepared food be heated up by a non-Jewish member of the ship’s staff (say, for Shabbat Lunch)? Or am I going “cold turkey” (pun intended) on the hot food?
