Good morning. I have a lot of old yarmulkes. Is there a specific way to dispose of them?

No specific way required.
It is treated as it in fact is, as a regular article of clothing. The fact that it also fulfills a level of sanctity is akin (for example) to a women’s blouse which also fulfills a holier purpose (of tzinut) than just an article of clothing. As such when they are no longer wanted they are discarded in the same way.
