I clean with vinegar…if the source of the distilled white vinegar is Hametz is it prohibited to clean with as well?

If it’s Hametz it is prohibited to both eat it and clean with it.

Would love to know if this distilled vinegar is okay to use just for laundry on Pesah:

The label ingredients are
INGREDIENTS:WHITE DISTILLED VINEGAR, DILUTED WITH WATER TO 5% ACIDITY.

If its an edible vinegar, it can’t be used
