Do I have to get out of bed in middle of night to wash my hands so I can make a bracha on Lightning and Thunder

I am woken up by a storm in middle of the night. I want to make the bracha on the thunder and lightning but my hands are unclean. I normally don’t have water by my bedside.
Knowing that more thunder and lighting is more than likely to happen, withing seconds or minutes, DO I HAVE TO GET OUT OF BED TO WASH MY HANDS so that I can make the bracha on the next round of Thunder and Lightning. Even though I cannot tell for sure it will occur.

The issue for saying a bracha is that in the middle of the night your hands may get dirty, but it is enough to quickly wipe your hands on your blanket and then say the bracha
