Does one need to be matir neder to start eating חלב סתם or can he rely on the ביטל מודעה which he said erev rosh hashana ?
If not what פתח and חרטה are necessary
If one thought they were doing the right thing by not eating chalav stam and then it was wrong to eat eat chalav stam, then he does not need to Matir Neder. If he took it upon himself to be machmir on chalav stam, then he may need one, but for such a case one can rely on the modaha he gave at the beginning of the year.
